Archaeology Day

This event is hosted in partnership with the Archaeological Institute of America (Riverside and Inland Empire Society).  This event features a variety of hand-on activities and exhibits from academic, CRM and government archaeologists and forensic scientists. Recently, they began to also host the Archaeo-games at the same time as the event.  This features several student teams from surrounding college archaeology programs competing for the “Golden Trowel.”
