Bart Moreno was born and raised in Riverside County in the area now called Jurupa Valley and Eastvale. Bart grew up working on his family's farm, where his appreciation of the outdoors, water, and animals became a lasting impression on him. Many years later, Bart's elected position at Jurupa Community Services District brought him into a role where he could influence the use of water and parks in his area. Bart is eager to represent his District Supervisor and serve the residents of Riverside County on the DAC.  Bart has worked in the sports industry for many years and understands the importance of having parks for families to spend time together. Bart treasures the memories of weekend camping trips with his kids at Riverside County parks. He firmly believes that family time spent camping and outdoors builds memories that influence younger generations to appreciate and protect nature. Previous life experience includes working for S.B. Probation at Central Juvenal Hall for nearly thirteen years and as a real estate broker. Bart has earned a B.A. and a Master of Business Administration from California Baptist University. He intends to continue his education at CBU.
