Joyce Hohenadl has been a member of the Historical Commission since 2006 and has served in previous years as both Chair and Vice-Chair. Joyce is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and former Real Estate Deputy Commissioner ll for the Department of Real Estate. She is Chairman on the Lake Elsinore Historical Preservation Advisory Committee and Treasurer of the Lake Elsinore Citizens Committee. Mrs. Hohenadl is Secretary, Lake Elsinore Historical Society and helped in locating, researching, organizing and proofreading for the Postcard History Series of Lake Elsinore. She has obtained five Riverside County Historical Markers for buildings in Lake Elsinore. She served as State Preservation Chairman and District XI Chaplain for the Daughters of the American Revolution. As a member of the Luiseno Chapter, Temecula Valley, NSDAR, she served as Regent, First Vice Regent and is currently Second Vice Regent.
