How do I make a reservation?

  • You can make reservations 24 hours a day by visiting RivCoParks.org or by calling our Guest Services Office at 951-955-234-PARK (7275).

What are your Guest Service hours?

  • Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm   Friday 8am-3pm
  • We are closed all County Holidays and weekends.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

  • Reservations can be made 6 months out from the date of booking.          

How can I purchase an Annual Pass?

  • Annual passes can be purchased a few different ways.
    • Visit RivCoParks.org to purchase an annual pass or
    • Or you can call Guest Services at 800-234-7275. 
    • You can also purchase an annual pass at any of our RivCoParks locations.

How can I view my reservations?

How can I cancel or modify my reservation online?

  • When viewing a reservation, clicking the cancel button will direct you to a separate page to perform any online cancelations for the reservation.
    • Any cancelation restrictions will be explained throughout the cancelation process in accordance with RivCoParks policies.
  • Currently you can only view, print, email, make a payment or cancel your reservations from logging in.
    • If you would like to change your reservation, please call Guest Services at 800-234-7275.

How long is my annual pass good for?

  • Annual passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I make a reservation in person?

  • Yes.  You can stop by any of our Parks or come by our Guest Services Office located at Crestmore Manor in Jurupa Valley.  Reservations may be made at RivCoParks.org
