What are your Guest Service hours?
- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-3pm
- We are closed all County Holidays and weekends.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
- Reservations can be made 6 months out from the date of booking.
How can I purchase an Annual Pass?
- Annual passes can be purchased a few different ways.
- Visit RivCoParks.org to purchase an annual pass or
- Or you can call Guest Services at 800-234-7275.
- You can also purchase an annual pass at any of our RivCoParks locations.
How can I view my reservations?
- To view, click anywhere when hovering over a reservation listed under Park Reservations.
- You can resend your confirmation receipt to your email or print from this screen.
- You can also cancel reservations or make payments, if applicable, here.
- Choosing to cancel a reservation or make a payment will link to a separate page to perform online cancelation or payment.
How can I cancel or modify my reservation online?
- When viewing a reservation, clicking the cancel button will direct you to a separate page to perform any online cancelations for the reservation.
- Any cancelation restrictions will be explained throughout the cancelation process in accordance with RivCoParks policies.
- Currently you can only view, print, email, make a payment or cancel your reservations from logging in.
- If you would like to change your reservation, please call Guest Services at 800-234-7275.
How long is my annual pass good for?
- Annual passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I make a reservation in person?
- Yes. You can stop by any of our Parks or come by our Guest Services Office located at Crestmore Manor in Jurupa Valley. Reservations may be made at RivCoParks.org
