RivCoParks Special Events Application

This application must be submitted for special events held on District property and/or requiring District Services at least 120 days prior to the date of the event in order to submit to the General Manager for tentative approval

Facilities Use Agreement

A Facility Use Agreement is a legal contract between a property owner and an individual or organization that outlines the terms and conditions for using a facility or venue to be filled out by the District.

Certificate of Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is proof that a person or organization has insurance coverage, such as liability or property insurance. It’s often required for facility rentals, events, or contracts to ensure protection in case of accidents or damages.

Good Faith Agreement

A Good Faith Agreement is an informal or formal understanding between two parties, where both commit to acting honestly, fairly, and with sincere intentions to fulfill their obligations. While it may not always be legally binding, it establishes trust and accountability in negotiations or business dealings.
